This mat based class provides focused and concentrated clinical Pilates based movements with resistance based training using body weight and a variety of equipment including hand weights, mini bands, plus other traditional Pilates equipment.
Experienced instructor tuition, by Dahlas Fletcher Certified Female Fitness Coach (in pregnancy, postnatal, pelvic floor and perimenopause) will guide you through every exercise, offering plenty of modifications to suit your fitness and energy levels, coupled with modern movement education.
Regular attendance will allow you to identify patterns and blind spots creating a better body connectivity. Best of all your deep core strength will improve without defaulting to crunches and Kegels. Instead whole body exercises will redirect your body back to optimal function and inevitably better health and fitness without depletion and overwhelm.
All genders and all levels of fitness welcome.

This means female physiology including every changing hormones and body are often overlooked.
