I'm Dahlas, a fully certified Pregnancy and Post Natal Trainer. 
My passion is to help all women be the happiest, most fabulous version of themselves. I provide real solutions, that have helped thousands of women to cherish their bodies during and after pregnancy.

I follow the philosophy that exercise is a fabulous way to honour and connect to our bodies rather than just a tool to change it.

My combined experience as National Marketing Manager, Mother to 3 young children, and 20+ years experience, working as Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and Fitness Business owner inspired me to create Bodyfabulous
